GROUP FITNESS



Boot Camp Stations

Stations are set up to alternate between cardio and weight training. Come for a total body high intensity workout!

Cardio Combo

Come for a great well rounded workout that spends equal amounts of time focusing on cardio, upper body and lower body exercises.

Cardio Strength Interval: CSI

Remember this pattern: 60,60,45. Take two strength training exercises each performed for 60 seconds, followed by 45 seconds of cardio and you got a great total body workout. Get in as many reps as you can (or care to) in each time segment and modify each exercise to your liking; this is why all levels are welcome! No dance-like choreography, just exercise.

Cardio Strength Training

This class focuses on functional strength and heart health. Using dumbbells and your own body weight, you'll perform a variety of exercises that will make you leaner and stronger.

Cycle Kettlebells

A special grouping of classes that will start your Friday off with a bang! Member:

1 day/week $10

Non Member: 1 day/week $20

Indoor Cycling

During a cycling class your instructor will simulate a group ride as you travel on flat roads, climb hills, chase the pack, or race to the finish line! All levels welcome.

Member: 1 day/week $10

Towel Rental for Cycling Classes: 25 cents.

Kettlebell Classes NEW!

Take part in one of the latest and most popular fitness crazes. In a small group setting, your instructor will guide you through a series of power and momentum based movements that will get your heart pumping and your muscles burning. This is an intense cardio and strength training workout rolled into one.

Classes are either 30 or 45 minutes.

Member: 1 day/week $10

Non Member: 1 day/week $20

No Limits Cardio

This class combines kickboxing, step, high intensity intervals & traditional high impact for a total cardio blast. Some choreography included. Class concludes with floor work and a final stretch.

Perpetual Motion

per·pet·u·al; adjective. Continuing or enduring forever; everlasting. This class alternates bouts of cycling and bouts of strength training off the bike. A great combination of strength and cardio that will leave you asking for more!

Member fee: 1day/week $10

Joints in Motion

This water exercise class is for any age male or female that experiences mobility issues such as arthritis, MS, or injuries. The low impact movements and range of motion exercises will keep your body healthy and your joints moving.

SilverSneakers Muscular Strength & Range of Motion

45 minute workout for basic muscle strength, flexibility and range of motion.

SilverSneakers YogaStretch

YogaStretch will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of poses designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity.

Swimnastics

Enjoy a refreshing workout as you tone and strengthen muscles and increase flexibility. This shallow water class enables you to exercise with less strain and impacts on joints.

Turbo Kick

A high energy cardio class utilizing the techniques found in boxing and martial arts. Class also includes a TaiChi cool down.

Yoga

Tighten and tone the body, enhance balance, improve flexibility and build core strength through different yoga poses and focused breathing. This mind-body workout improves health, athletic performance and mental acuity in people of all ages and fitness levels!

Yogalates

A fusion of different movements from Yoga & Pilates that focuses on strength and balance.

Zumba

A high energy cardio class that utilizes Latin music and dance to energize and strengthen your entire body.
