The Spirit, Mind & Body Center (SMB) includes
cardiovascular equipment: Stairmasters, Lifecycles, Nordic Tracs, Treadmills, Lifestep and more. The Spirit, Mind & Body Center gives you a total workout in one room at your convenience. A consultation and personal program can be set up to meet your individual needs. Must be 15 years old.
If the SMB program area is of no interest to you we will take $10 off of an individual Adult or College membership; $5 or $15 off of a Couple, Single Parent Family or Family Membership depending if one or none in the family want to participate; $8 off of a Young Adult membership.
3rd grade memberships free for those living in Freeborn County, sponsored locally. Stop in to fill out member card.

For your convenience a limited number of tall and kit lockers are available to rent on an annual basis. No more lugging your shoes, racquet, toiletries and towels.

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Have your child's next birthday party at the Family Y. Our birthday parties are an hour and a half long with your choice of games and activities in the gym or swimming. You will also have access to our party room to finish up the party. Stop out and pick up a flyer at the front desk or call for more information, 373-8228.
