Orientations and Consultations
Whether you’re new to working out, new to our facility or a long time fitness pro, a YMCA staff member can walk you through the proper way to use the equipment in our SMB room (where all the cardio and weight machines are located). Not only do we talk about equipment, we can educate you on the standard exercise recommendations and help you get started with a routine. To schedule an orientation contact the front desk! Orientations/consultations are free to members!
Fitness Assessments
A fitness assessment can include one or all of the following: resting blood pressure, body fat analysis, strength and/or endurance, and flexibility. Call the YMCA to schedule an appointment.
Members: $15
Non-Members: $25
