Our yoga room at the YMCA is a space designed to enhance your practice and promote relaxation. In this room you will find mats, blocks, blankets and other props to enhance your experience. This area is open for our members to utilize throughout the day when classes are not in session. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, our inviting space provides the perfect setting to calm your mind.
Our SMB (Spirit, Mind, and Body) Room is equipped with cardio equipment and a wide range of strength training machines. It’s also the perfect venue for our youth sports programs, fitness classes, and special events thanks to a retractable divider that can separate the gym in two.
Our Junior Gym, designed for children aged 7 and under, is a vibrant and engaging space. It features a variety of bikes, trikes, building blocks, a small playset and more to foster creativity, social skills and physical activity in a safe environment. This dedicated area allows young children to play and explore under the supervision of their caregivers, ensuring a fun and enriching experience. Our indoor walking track, located above and around the perimeter of the gymnasium, offers a convenient and weather-proof option for walkers and runners. The elevated track allows you to enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the activities happening in the gym below. The cushioned surface helps reduce impact on your joints, making it a great choice for everyone. We have two racquetball courts available for our members and guests, providing an excellent space for both casual and competitive play. One of these courts is specially equipped with hardware to support wallyball, adding another dynamic activity option.
Our facility offers a steam room in the adult men’s locker room and a sauna in the adult women’s locker room, both designed to enhance your wellness experience. Both amenities are excellent for post-workout recovery, helping to soothe sore muscles and promote overall relaxation and well-being.
